Customisable Timestation Announcement 📣
This month at Bizimply we were delighted to release the Customisable Timestation Announcement feature. This brand new feature allows Account Admins to schedule in customised announcements they want their employees to see as they clock into work on the Timestation allowing you to communicate it easily and efficiently with your employees. Manager App 2.6.6 📲
Time to update your Bizimply Manager App! This month we released version 2.6.6. of the Bizimply Manager mobile app. This latest version now includes lots of usability updates to make your job managing employees easier such as location search bar and updated employee profiles. As well as this we have introduced the new App Lock feature which allows users to unlock the app using a custom pin, fingerprint or face recognition for that added layer of security. Sales & Labour Report in Reports 📈
Performance is important to us at Bizimply which is why you may have noticed that the Sales & Labour Report has moved this month. Previously exported from the Dashboard, the Sales & Labour Report can now be found and exported in the Reports tab to enhance the performance of the report. The ‘Tools’ button on the Dashboard can continue to be used to redirect you straight to the report.
New Employee Profile Alert 👤
Get instantly notified each time a new employee profile is created! This small but effective update allows Account Admins to set up particular users to receive an email alert each time a new employee profile is created. Labour Hours Graph 📊
The Schedule Hours tab is getting an upgrade! This upcoming release means you will be able to view your labour hours data on a graph with a breakdown by position and versus your forecasted hours giving you a better overview of your resources to build more efficient schedules.
