What forms of payment do you accept?

You can purchase Bizimply with any major credit card. We also offer Direct Debit for EU customers and for annual subscriptions over 200 employees, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or check. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase. Monthly purchases must be paid for by credit card or direct debit.

Our employee numbers fluctuate. How will that be billed?

Bizimply is billed by the amount of active employees in your business. Simply add or reactivate employees when needed or deactivate employees when they are not needed - this will not delete any of their information - and you can move up or down plans within your account. If you upgrade we will bill you the difference going forward each month and when you downgrade we will do the same.

How secure is Bizimply?

Ensuring your data is save and protected is our number one priority. We use physical, procedural, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your information. We regularly back up your data to prevent data loss and aid in recovery. Additionally, we host your data in secure data centers provided by Amazon Web Services , using multi-layered hardware and software encryption.

Do you offer discounts?

We’ve built in discounts at each plan for businesses greater than 100 employees. We also offer a 10% discount on all plans when paid annually.
